You can lodge your return HERE
1. Please ensure your return form is filled out and included in your parcel. If your return form is NOT in your package your return processing time will be delayed. If you didn't receive the return from or you have misplaced it. Please write your name, order number, and what you are returning on a piece of paper and pop that back in with the return.
2. Please ensure the items are in the original packaging, unwashed and unworn, tags attached, and no marks or damage to items. No need to attach a receipt, we've got all the details we need online. Yay for technology!
3. Our courier bags are reusable so simply tear off the end, place your return label on the outside of the bag and it is good to be used again.
4. You can drop your return off at your local post office, pop it in a street box, or if you are based in NZ you can go online and book a pick up with Courier Post.

If you are requesting an exchange or store credit and you simply can not wait to get your goodies, please email us with your confirmation email from AusPost to say your parcel is on its way to us with the order number. We will then process your exchange or store credit asap.
