Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you. Let's face it, you've likely got enough on your plate, either being heavily pregnant or adjusting to life with a newborn. We don't want you stressing about making contact within a few days of receiving your order or trekking down to the local post office with a newborn just to get your order sent back on time.
We allow returns & exchanges on all non-sale items. So take your time, try them on and if you do need to return, simply lodge your return via the "Lodge Your Return" tab under the Help menu at the bottom of our homepage or click the link below. For NZ & AU we offer 1 x free return, unfortunately for UK, CA, US & the rest of the world return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.
Please also ensure the items are in the original packaging, unwashed and unworn, tags attached, and no marks or damage to items. No need to attach a receipt, we've got all the details we need online. Yay for technology!
Please also note that we will not provide refunds on SALE items.
Any items purchased during a promotion are eligible for an exchange however store credit will be issued for any items that are returned for a refund.

Please ensure your return form is filled out and included in your parcel. If your return form is NOT in your package your return processing time will be delayed. If you didn't receive the return form or you have misplaced it, please write your name, order number and what you are returning on a piece of paper and pop that back in with the return.
**Please note that if you do not follow the return instructions your order will automatically be processed as a store credit.
Our main focus here at Cadenshae is that you are happy with your gears. We will do anything we can to make your life easier and to ensure you are HAPPY!
To avoid disappointment, as we do sell out of items quickly, we suggest to make a new purchase of the correct items/sizes online ASAP and send your original order back for a refund. Alternatively, buy two sizes and send back the one that doesn't fit.
WE URGE YOU TO TRY ON ALL OF YOUR GARMENTS BEFORE WASHING AS EACH ITEM CAN FIT DIFFERENTLY.
We will refund the full price of your item/order minus the original shipping costs you paid when you first placed your order.
*Note – if you’re returning an item because it doesn’t fit, and are unsure of what size you should order, please use our sizing quiz or size guide for guidance or send/email us your measurements and we will ship you the right size!

If you are requesting an exchange or store credit and you simply can not wait to get your goodies, please email us with your confirmation email from AusPost to say your parcel is on its way to us with the order number. We will then process your exchange or store credit asap.
