We process your orders as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. There may be many reasons it is delayed in arriving with us, but rest assured as soon as we get it, it is processed as soon as possible.
If you are returning from outside NZ please keep in mind that the orders have to get all the way back to us here in NZ. We do cover the cost of this service for you so please bear in mind we are unable to express return parcels.
We also offer the rare opportunity to get your return or exchange expedited if are able to email us proof that your order is on its way back to us. This process differs for each country so be sure to read your return confirmation email as that has ALL the details you need.
If you are requesting an exchange or store credit and you simply can not wait to get your goodies, please email us with your confirmation email from AusPost to say your parcel is on its way to us with the order number. We will then process your exchange or store credit asap.
