We process your orders as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. There may be many reasons it is delayed in arriving with us, but rest assured as soon as we get it, it is processed as soon as possible.
If you are returning from outside NZ please keep in mind that the orders have to get all the way back to us here in NZ.
We also offer the rare opportunity to get your store credit or exchange expedited if you are able to email us proof that your order is on its way back to us. This process differs for each country so be sure to read your return confirmation email as that has ALL the details you need.
Please note: All Australian returns are returned to a NSW Po Box, a notification email is sent to you once delivered to this address. It then takes a further 5-15 working days from this point to arrive with us in New Zealand where your return is then processed.
