Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you. Let's face it, you've likely got enough on your plate, either being heavily pregnant or adjusting to life with a newborn. We don't want you stressing about making contact within a few days of receiving your order or trekking down to the local post office with a newborn just to get your order sent back on time.
We allow returns for store credits & exchanges, as long as they were not purchased in our Clearance or ReLove section or part of our non returnable items including underwear, socks, accessories and mystery packs.
You will only be eligible for a refund if you purchase an item at full price and is not part of our clearance ReLove or non-eligible item list including underwear, socks, accessories and mystery packs. So take your time, try them on and if you do need to return, simply lodge your return via the "Lodge Your Return" tab under the Help menu at the bottom of our homepage or click the link below. For New Zealand & Australia we offer free returns, unfortunately for Canada the United Kingdom and the United States & the rest of the world return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer. So take your time, try them on and if you do need to return, simply lodge your return using the link above and send it back to us using the return form included with your order.
Please also ensure the items are in the original packaging, unwashed and unworn, tags attached and no marks or damage to items. No need to attach a receipt, we've got all the details we need online. Yay for technology!
We will refund the full price of your item/order excluding the cost of your original shipping. If you are returning your item as a result of our error (or you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.
In countries where we provide free returns, only one free returns label will be available per order.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges on accessories including socks and Midi Briefs.
Any items purchased during a promotion are eligible for an exchange however store credit will be issued for any items that are returned for a refund.
