What's your returns policy
Follow this link https://cadenshae.co.nz/a/returns to lodge your return. Please ensure your return form is filled out and included in your parcel. If your return form is NOT in your package your return processing time will be delayed. **Please note that if you do not follow the return instructions your order will automatically be processed as a store credit. We understand what it's like to shop online, that's why we offer a FULL 90 DAYS returns policy. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you. Let's face it, you've likely got enough on your plate, either being heavily pregnant or adjusting to life with a newborn. We don't want you stressing about making contact within a few days of receiving your order or trekking down to the local post office with a newborn just to get your order sent back on time. We now offer FREE RETURNS! So take your time, try them on and if you do need to return, simply lodge your return using the link above and send it back to us using the label included with your order. Please also ensure the items are in the original packaging, unwashed and unworn, tags attached and no marks or damage to items. No need to attach a receipt, we've got all the details we need online. Yay for technology! Please also note that we will not provide refunds or exchanges on SALE items. Any items purchased during a promotion are eligible for an exchange however store credit will be issued for any items that are returned for a refund. Our main focus here at Cadenshae is that you are happy with your gears. We will do anything we can to make your life easier and to ensure you are HAPPY! Got a question? To avoid disappointment, as we do sell out of items quickly, we suggest to make a new purchase of the correct items/sizes online ASAP and send your original order back for a refund. Alternatively, buy two sizes and send back the one that doesn't fit. WE URGE YOU TO TRY ON ALL OF YOUR GARMENTS BEFORE WASHING AS EACH ITEM CAN FIT DIFFERENTLY. We will refund the full price of your item/order. If you are returning your item as a result of our error (or you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on sale items. *Note – if you’re returning an item because it doesn’t fit, and are unsure of what size you should order, please use our sizing chart for guidance or send/email us your measurements and we will ship you the right size!
