What if I'm not happy with the credit I receive?
It’s for everyone’s benefit that we only accept garments still in good condition - so please take a good look and make sure your items fit that description, and that you’re happy to part with the garment based on our internal criteria. If the pieces you return don’t meet these, we will not provide a store credit (or it may be lower than you were expecting) and items will not be returned to sender. We’re not trying to bust chops, we want to encourage a circular economy to extend the life of our products, so will only accept garments that enable us to do that.
