How do I send my items back?
When you lodge your trade in online, you’ll be given a unique code. Please write that on a piece of paper, and ensure you pop it in with your items. This will ensure when we receive your items back, we can quickly identify them as coming from you. Package those bad boys up and send them to our Ruakaka hub. We would recommend you send the items back with a tracked ticket so you have visibility of return.
